Welcome to Nova Forms! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nova Forms. Nova Forms operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Nova Forms is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products online. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device’s display settings.

Because our pieces are 3D-printed in small batches, slight variations in texture, visible layer lines, or minor surface differences are normal and not considered defects.

We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations beyond what is described on our site.

All product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nova Forms may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and we send a confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once accepted.

If we change, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy available at www.novaforms.art.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time of your order.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, customs, or import charges.

You agree to provide accurate and current purchase and account information and to promptly update your payment details as needed.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Any future features or tools added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Nova Forms is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Nova Forms. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your sales or transactions with Nova Forms.

All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy at www.novaforms.art and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You and Nova Forms agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
