Material & Process
At Nova Forms, every design begins long before it exists.

The Process — From a Thought to a Form
Each design begins as a quiet sketch in a notebook
a moment inspired by nature, shadow, or abstract geometry.
From there, the idea grows into detailed 3D modeling,
where curves are refined, proportions balanced,
and the sculpture discovers the kind of presence it will have in your home.
Prototypes follow tests, adjustments, and slow conversations with the shape itself.
Only when the design feels alive do we move to print.
Our designs are brought to life through 3D printing,
a process where the sculpture grows layer by thin layer,
like tree rings remembering how they came to be.
each line of material is gently heated and placed with precision,
building the final form with patience and intention.
After printing, each piece is hand-finished.
Edges are softened, surfaces are cleaned, and every sculpture is checked not just for quality,
but for feeling
Will it bring calm? Warmth? A quiet glow to the corner of a room?
Each object is created as a small artwork,
meant to shape the atmosphere of a space,
not just occupy it.

The Materials - Thoughtfully Chosen
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality PLA,
a durable material that allows for beautiful detail and smooth, sculptural forms.
While PLA itself isn’t directly biodegradable,
Its strength and longevity are part of its sustainability
These art pieces are made to be kept, lived with, and loved for years.
Our packaging, however, is fully recyclable and biodegradable:
minimal kraft materials with minimal waste,
chosen to honor the planet as much as the art.
Art, Not Just Objects
We don’t create décor for decoration’s sake.
Each piece is treated as a sculpture
a small burst of intention meant to bring softness, presence, and quiet beauty into your space.
From the first sketch to the final touch,
We design not just the object,
But the feeling it carries into your home.
