Shipping Policy
Every Nova Forms piece is 3D-printed to order in our Toronto studio. We take great care to ensure each item is made, packed, and shipped safely.
Processing Time
Most orders are printed and prepared within 2–4 business days. Larger items or orders placed during busy periods may take up to 5–7 business days. If there is any delay, we'll reach out by email right away.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- USA: 4–10 business days
- International: 1–3 weeks depending on region
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Nova Forms is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@novaforms.art within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.
Missing Packages
If your order shows as "delivered" but you can't locate it, please first check with neighbors or building management and confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation. If you still can't locate it, email us at contact@novaforms.art and we'll help track it down.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@novaforms.art. We'll do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee corrections once a package has been dispatched.
